Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field.
• 2-3 years experience in marketing, advertising, promotions, or retail marketing supervision.
• Experience in retail, supermarket, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Willing to work onsite in Meycauayan, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategic advertising and promotional campaigns across in-store, digital, and print platforms.
• Analyze sales data and customer purchasing behavior to identify priority products for promotion.
• Adjust campaigns based on product availability, expiration dates, and supply chain considerations.
• Ensure promotional activities align with stock levels and sales forecasts to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Develop and manage promotional calendars aligned with peak seasons, holidays, and product launches.
• Monitor and report promotion performance using key sales and marketing metrics.
• Coordinate creation of marketing materials such as banners, signage, flyers, and digital ads with accurate product details and pricing.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for co-branded campaigns and promotional funding opportunities.
• Manage promotional budgets and ensure marketing initiatives remain cost-effective.
• Supervise promotional and merchandising teams to ensure accurate and timely campaign execution in-store.
