Job summary

Executive Optical, Inc. is seeking Management Trainees to oversee day-to-day branch operations, focusing on customer engagement, sales, inventory control, and team supervision. Successful candidates will complete structured training and certification to supervise teams and deliver on the retail scorecard.

Training phases cover customer service standards, compliance protocols, and end-to-end branch operations. Opportunity to progress within the Makati Head Office and travel nationwide as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• 2-3 years of management experience in food or retail preferred.
• Willing to start as Customer Care Officer.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati Head Office.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel nationwide.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including customer engagement and sales performance.
• Support inventory control and SOP compliance; supervise teams after certification.
• Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and administrative tasks.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address client concerns.
• Track sales performance and help the team reach branch targets.
• Promote operational efficiency and safety/cleanness standards.
• Coordinate timekeeping, reporting, documentation, and permit renewals.
• Foster accountability and service excellence aligned with retail scorecard.
