A retail clothing store in Davao del Sur is seeking a Retail Assistant to provide excellent customer service and support store operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, processing sales transactions, and maintaining store organization. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and can work flexible hours. Prior retail experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

Formación

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not always essential.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting customers warmly and professionally.
• Assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Providing product information and recommendations.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handling cash and card payments, and processing returns and exchanges.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Restocking shelves and ensuring adequate inventory levels.
• Assisting with visual merchandising and displays.
• Receiving and processing deliveries.
• Assisting with store security and loss prevention.
• Participating in inventory control and stock takes.
• Assisting with store promotions and marketing activities.
• Providing support to store management as needed.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.
