• As a Retail Assistant for Dressed Chicken Delivery, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting in the preparation, packaging, and delivery of dressed chicken to customers, ensuring product quality and timely delivery. You will play an integral role in maintaining inventory, managing orders, and ensuring that products meet health and safety standards.
• Assist customers in placing orders for dressed chicken, offering product details, and making recommendations based on customer needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience and resolving any issues efficiently.
• Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Prepare dressed chicken according to customer specifications, including portioning, packaging, and labeling.
• Ensure all products are handled in compliance with food safety regulations and stored at the correct temperatures.
