Job summary

Realcognita Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Residential Drafter (AutoCAD) to produce and revise comprehensive sets of residential working drawings in our Taguig office.

The role requires strong attention to architectural detail and experience with AutoCAD, with Revit as a plus. You will work on-site at our office in BGC, Taguig, coordinating with the drafting manager and clients on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (required).
• Proficiency in Revit is highly regarded.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential architectural drafting.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Australian building standards preferrably.

Responsibilities

• Create precise architectural drawings using AutoCAD for residential projects.
• Interpret and incorporate client revisions into working drawings.
• Collaborate closely with drafting manager and team members.
• Communicate directly with clients daily to ensure project accuracy and updates.
