Responsibilities

• Analyzes leads in coordination with Senior Reservations and Revenue Manager, encourages sales to prioritize and confirm bookings that yield higher overall revenues.
• Monitors the compliance of Sales Managers and Sales Assistants to the approved discounting guidelines.
• Manages SMX Inventory effectively and efficiently by booking repeat, annual, biennial accounts, confirmed accounts and signed proposals within the given time frame, and cancel unwanted bookings.
• Assist in generating monthly, quarterly and semi annual and annual reports for business review, monthly management report and Budget Planning.
