Job summary

A well-established financial organization is seeking a Distressed Assets Officer in Mandaluyong City. This role focuses on managing repossessed assets, document evaluations, and maintaining relationships with partners. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in ROPA and collections. Benefits include government-mandated packages, HMO coverage, 13th-month pay, and allowances. Work is onsite, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in ROPA, collections, and account recovery.
• Background in banking or financial services is required.
• Willing to attend face-to-face interviews and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pre-booking process for ROPA, including document review prior to system entry.
• Prepare pricing and sales approval memoranda.
• Process billings related to ROPA suppliers and partners.
• Receive and evaluate repossession documents from the Collections team.
• Monitor, maintain, and manage inventory of repossessed vehicles.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sales partners for consignment activities.
