Acquire Intelligence Philippines Inc. is seeking a Reports Analyst to transform operational data into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions.

You will support forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management by delivering accurate reports and dashboards in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyze trends, and collaborate with related teams to meet evolving reporting needs while pursuing automation and process improvements for

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or Workforce Management-related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookup functions, and formulas.
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering staffing, service levels, adherence, and other operational metrics.
• Analyze trends and identify variances in key performance indicators to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all reports and data outputs.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management and Operations teams to understand and deliver reporting requirements.
• Maintain and enhance reporting frameworks to support evolving business needs.
• Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Develop dashboards and visual reporting tools to improve data accessibility and interpretation.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies through validation and reconciliation processes.
• Document reporting processes and maintain clear guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Engage stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and present insights in a clear, structured manner

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Reports Analyst within the Workforce Management team, you will play a vital role in transforming operational data into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions. Your work will directly support workforce planning functions such as forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management by ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable reporting. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reports and dashboards that enhance visibility into performance metrics. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or Workforce Management-related roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookup functions, and formulas
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from performance data
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting reporting needs in a BPO or contact center environment is preferred
• Basic understanding of WFM concepts such as staffing, scheduling, and real-time management is an advantage
• Proactive approach to process improvement and problem-solving
