Job summary

ClevrCare is seeking an experienced Zoho One Developer & Systems Administrator to maintain, extend, and optimize our Zoho One environment. You will design and implement custom modules, workflows, automations, and integrations across Zoho apps to fit evolving business needs.

This 100% remote role requires hands-on expertise with Zoho One, Zoho CRM, Deluge, and API integrations, plus a knack for data integrity, reporting, and automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and customizing within Zoho One.
• Experience with Zoho CRM customization and development.
• Experience with Zoho Deluge and Zoho automation.
• Experience building workflows, custom functions, modules, and business processes.
• Ability to integrate multiple Zoho apps into a larger system.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to understand and improve an existing Zoho implementation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Zoho One environment.
• Develop and customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, functions, automations, dashboards, reports, and user processes.
• Build new custom modules and functionality as business requirements evolve.
• Configure and optimize applications across the Zoho One ecosystem.
• Develop integrations between Zoho applications and external software via APIs and webhooks.
• Assist with data import, cleaning, mapping, and data integrity.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Assist with user permissions, roles, security, and system administration.
