Responsibilities

• Oversee teams using WFM tools to publish staffing plans and schedules.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and headcount.
• Submit and track New Hire requisitions as needed.
• Submit and track seat reservations and capacity plans.
• Collaborate with Operations to meet business needs.
• Post mortem analysis and shrink trend reporting.
• Model scenarios to adapt to changing needs.
• Host weekly planning meetings with WFM and Operations.
• Knowledge of IEX is mandatory.
