Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a Website & SEO Project Manager to oversee new website builds and ongoing updates while leading designers, developers, and copywriters. The role blends project and resource management with strong client relationship skills in a fully remote LATAM-capable setting.

The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, identify issues early, and own project outcomes, ensuring quality through every project phase.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management, website management, or digital marketing agency operations.
• Excellent written and verbal English for client-facing roles.
• Experience managing multiple website projects, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of designers, developers, and copywriters.
• Own end-to-end delivery of website builds, redesigns, and updates.
• Develop detailed project plans, deadlines, and task dependencies.
• Track progress and workflows using ClickUp; ensure quality standards.
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate challenges with solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and client feedback records.
• Communicate timelines and risks to clients and internal teams.
