Job summary

yGen Innovations Inc. is seeking an experienced Integration Developer for enterprise-grade projects. You will design and implement integrations using platforms like webMethods, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar, and develop REST APIs in high-traffic environments.

You will help decide data flow, adapter selection, and error handling, while debugging production issues with full ownership. Remote, full-time setup for Philippines-based candidates is available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend or API development experience.
• Production experience with REST APIs in high-traffic or high-availability environments.
• Strong grasp of integration concepts, data flow, protocols (HTTP/S, SFTP, SMTP, file polling).
• Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Problem-solver mindset with the maturity to own issues end to end.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building integrations between enterprise systems.
• Developing and maintaining REST APIs in high-transaction, production-grade environments.
• Making architectural decisions on data flow, adapter selection, error handling, and sync vs async patterns.
• Debugging production issues under pressure with full ownership of resolution.
• Collaborating with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
• Working in Unix/Linux environments including server setup, scripting, and deployment.
