Job summary

DCX Client Services is seeking a home-based Web & Graphic Designer to listen to clients, understand goals, and craft high-visual-impact solutions. Role collaborates with clients to ensure branding integration across partner brands.

The candidate will apply design principles, maintain brand standards, and produce logos, layouts, and marketing materials for web and print. Overnight US-hours flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer; Shopify/website maintenance preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.

Responsibilities

• Create logos and innovative artwork and develop pre-production artwork.
• Apply brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency and edit photos to enhance visuals.
• Engage in typesetting and layout design.
• Design website mockups with compelling images.
• Create item templates and redraw items using specifications and photos.
• Maintain brand standards while exploring creative possibilities.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.
• Work closely with clients’ ideas and manage their expectations.
• Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.
• Set up and maintain Shopify sites including supporting creative content.
• Maintain and update the client's Sage-based website.
• Create product and design mockups for client review and presentation.
• Develop visuals for website and e-commerce applications.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and supporting visuals.
