Ethos is seeking an experienced visual design manager to help train AI-generated presentations and slide decks for top consulting, banking, or agency teams. You will lead slide layout, templates, exhibits, and brand-consistent deck production with an emphasis on clarity and visual hierarchy.

The role is fully remote, offering flexible hours (5–20 hours per week or more), with a start ASAP and compensation at $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a presentation design or visual graphics team at a top consulting firm, bank, or agency.
• Expert-level PowerPoint skills including master templates, complex exhibits, and brand systems.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Design slide layouts and templates across core workflows.
• Ensure brand-compliant deck production with high-quality visuals.
• Deliver rapid turnaround fixes as needed.
