Job summary

Virtual Assist in the Philippines is seeking a creative Video Editor & Appointment Setter to join our hybrid team. The role blends high-quality video editing with proactive outreach to book qualified meetings, making it ideal for someone comfortable switching between creative work and client coordination.

You will edit for YouTube, podcasts, and social media, craft reels and captions, manage assets, and ensure branding consistency, while also handling outbound messaging on Facebook, LinkedIn,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional video editing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of appointment setting, lead generation, sales development, or customer outreach experience.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut) and social media content optimization.
• Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, podcasts, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and promotional clips with captions, motion graphics, transitions, and sound design.
• Organize and manage video assets, project files, and editing workflows.
• Ensure all video content aligns with branding, messaging, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop compelling visuals.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets for various platforms.
• Maintain turnaround times while managing multiple editing projects.
• Source royalty-free music, sound effects, stock footage, and graphics when needed.
• Perform color correction, audio enhancements, and basic motion graphics.
• Stay current with video editing trends and platform practices.
• Conduct outbound outreach to generate podcast guests or qualified leads.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify prospects based on criteria.
• Schedule appointments, interviews, or discovery calls using company calendars.
• Follow up with leads to maximize booking rates.
• Maintain CRM records and outreach activity.
• Work with leadership to improve outreach messaging and booking processes.
• Track outreach metrics and provide weekly reports.
