Job summary

Med-Metrix is seeking a Training Support Specialist to manage training data, develop Power BI dashboards, automate reports, and deliver insights that support learning and development initiatives. You will collaborate with Training, Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to translate requirements into actionable dashboards and reports, enabling data-driven decisions and measurable training outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, expertise in Power BI, and a proven ability

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, BI, or training support.
Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports in a corporate environment.
Experience supporting Learning & Development, Training, Operations, or Human Resources functions preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for Training, Quality, and Operations stakeholders.
Monitor and report learning and performance metrics including training completion and certification rates.
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to support business needs.
Analyze training data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
