Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist (Tagalog) to work remotely from the Philippines. You will participate in short voice conversations with AI models, follow scripts, and provide objective ratings.

You must be a native Tagalog speaker with strong English, pay attention to detail, and work independently with a reliable internet connection on an hourly contract. This role offers a flexible schedule of roughly 10–40 hours per week and compensation of $8 per hour.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Tagalog.
• Fluent or advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and quality.
• Experience with AI-related tasks such as machine learning workflows, data collection, data evaluation, quality assurance, or data annotation is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible remote work environment.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a device suitable for voice-based tasks.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during AI voice interactions.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses based on relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.
• Support the improvement of Tagalog language AI systems through voice-based AI evaluation.
• Maintain high-quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.
