Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in social media management, with Instagram expertise.
• Strong content scheduling and calendar management skills.
• Experience using AI tools for captions and content ideas.
• Proficiency with Canva, Excel and video editing basics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content across client accounts, primarily Instagram.
• Maintain a 2–3 month content pipeline in Excel.
• Organise and repurpose content types, including reels and lifestyle content.
• Prepare posts with hooks and captions before publishing.
• Use AI tools to assist with captions and content ideas.
• Publish content consistently based on client strategy and schedule.
• Manage engagement across accounts, including comments and community management.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve engagement.
