Job summary

Digivizer is seeking a creative, organised Social Media Content Specialist to join our agency team. With 2+ years' experience, you will craft engaging content for global brands, manage channels, identify influencers, and monitor performance.

The role is full-time and remote in the Philippines, with occasional face-to-face days in Metro Manila. You'll collaborate with marketing and client teams, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals, while delivering measurable results

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience creating and managing social media content across multiple global brands and platforms.
• Must have a design/creative portfolio to share.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, platform-native content.
• Understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) formats, trends, and best practices.
• Experience producing short-form video content (Reels, Stories, etc.).
• Experience identifying, engaging, and managing influencers.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and Asana.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective social content strategies aligned to channel objectives and audience needs.
• Build content calendars on-brand and ready for publishing.
• Interpret client briefs, products, and tone-of-voice guidelines.
• Plan, write, and develop platform-native content across organic and paid channels.
• Create captions, hooks, scripts, stories, reels, and short-form video content.
• Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
• Write clear briefs and coordinate with design and production teams.
• Schedule, publish, and optimise content using platform best practices.
• Manage community engagement and influencer opportunities.
• Monitor performance, provide insights, and optimize outcomes.
• Identify earned media opportunities and coordinate approvals for reuse.
