Job summary

Tailor Made Outsourcing is seeking a Social Media & Content Assistant for Australia clients. This part-time role starts at 5–10 hours per week, working from home, at $7 AUD per hour, with potential to increase hours as the role grows.

You will manage content scheduling, write engaging captions, and help grow the client’s online presence across multiple platforms, including YouTube and emails.

Qualifications

• Genuinely good at social media and content.
• Strong English copywriter who can write captions without AI.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and able to manage multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest.
• Write engaging captions that sound human, not AI-generated.
• Tag and credit vendors, brands and collaborators accurately.
• Invite relevant accounts to collaborations and help maximise vendor relationships.
• Create and schedule a monthly EDM newsletter, ready for approval.
• Create high-converting YouTube thumbnails.
• Perform basic video editing to grow the YouTube channel.
• Keep social content organised and scheduled well in advance.
