Job summary

ELEVATE AND DELEGATE LLC is seeking an experienced SEO professional to manage and execute client SEO across multiple accounts. The role emphasizes driving organic traffic, improving rankings, and delivering measurable business results.

You will develop strategies, perform keyword research, analyze competitors, and optimize pages, content, and technical elements. The position supports remote work and requires strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, and search intent.
Experience managing SEO across multiple client websites.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and BrightLocal.
Experience with WordPress; Elementor experience is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make SEO decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to take ownership, solve problems, and continuously improve processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies based on each client’s goals, market, and competitive landscape.
Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for improving organic visibility.
Analyze competitors and search results to find opportunities for growth.
Prioritize SEO work based on potential impact.
Optimize existing website pages for search intent, keywords, structure, and conversions.
Guide content writers to improve SEO-focused content.
Improve internal linking, metadata, headings, content structure, and other on-page elements.
Review content and SEO pages for usefulness and relevance.
Write SEO-focused copy for website pages and blog content when needed.
Create and optimize location and service pages at scale while maintaining quality.
Use SEO tools to ensure pages target correct search terms and satisfy intent.
Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues limiting performance.
Troubleshoot indexing, crawlability, site structure, redirects, metadata, and other issues.
Implement on-page and technical SEO improvements when appropriate.
Collaborate with development to resolve issues needing technical support.
Work in WordPress and Elementor to update SEO and content.
Maintain page structure and formatting while making SEO improvements.
Ensure changes are implemented accurately across client websites.
Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to improve domain authority, rankings, and local visibility.
Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, digital PR, and opportunities.
Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify gaps and opportunities using Ahrefs/SEMrush.
Manage local SEO activities, including citations and Google Business Profile optimization.
Monitor backlink profiles and identify harmful links; report progress.
Track and report on off-page SEO activities and results.
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, leads, and other SEO metrics.
Use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to identify trends and issues.
Report meaningful findings to the team and adjust strategies based on data.
