Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with significant hands-on MuleSoft development.
• Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API-led connectivity.
• Proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise integrations.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API design/development best practices.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations across multiple systems and platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration environments and resolve issues.
• Willingness to work Australian business hours and to work remotely from the Philippines.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Anypoint Studio.
• Develop and maintain MuleSoft integrations for reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement API-led connectivity, including API design, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and developers to capture requirements and deliver effective integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues to minimize downtime and business impact.
• Create reusable components, templates, and integration patterns to improve efficiency.
• Apply security, governance, and development standards across MuleSoft solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and design discussions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, processes, and technical standards.
