Qualifications

• 7-10 years of software development experience, with at least 4 years in backend and high-traffic services.
• Proven track record leading the design and implementation of new, complex microservices or migrating legacy monolithic systems.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Expert in backend languages and distributed systems concepts.
• Experience with observability tools (Jaeger, OpenTelemetry).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code.
• Develop robust, secure, and scalable APIs and web services.
• Implement data storage solutions, including database schema design and optimization.
• Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of backend systems.
