Job summary

JWay Group, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Lightning Specialist to design, develop, and implement CRM solutions in an agile setting. You will leverage declarative tools and custom development on the Salesforce platform, and drive integration using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON.

The role requires 4+ years in Salesforce development, strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and data migration with Data Loader. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to Agile practices are essential.

Qualifications

4+ years of application development experience using Salesforce Lightning and related tools.
2–3 years designing and developing integration solutions using Web Service APIs, REST/SOAP, XML, JSON.
Proficient with Data Loader for data conversion and with Visual Studio Code IDE.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and strong unit testing discipline.

Responsibilities

Participate in the design, development, and implementation of custom CRM applications in an agile environment.
Develop Salesforce solutions primarily with declarative tools and custom development as needed to meet client requirements.
Communicate Salesforce platform restrictions and enhancements to the team.
Develop integration solutions using SOAP/REST APIs, XML, JSON.
Perform unit testing and fix defects.
