Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting market research, consumer insights, or survey research.
• Hands-on experience building and administering surveys in SurveyMonkey (or similar).
• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, including data cleanup, pivot tables, and basic charts.
• Ability to summarize findings in clear business language for stakeholders.
• Experience turning research into organized reports or slide decks.

Responsibilities

• Build and format surveys in SurveyMonkey based on internal directions.
• QA surveys before launch for spelling, logic, and mobile responsiveness.
• Distribute surveys and monitor response rates and deadlines.
• Export and clean data in Google Sheets or Excel per guidelines.
• Create basic cross-tabs, charts, and tables to summarize results.
• Draft clear summaries and develop presentation-ready headlines and slides.
