Job summary

Join BairesDev as a Research Engineer working on state-of-the-art foundation models and multimodal systems. You will conduct original research, design large-scale models, and apply deep mathematical insights to train stable, scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

4+ years in ML research or software engineering.
Proven track record in foundation models, multimodal systems, or RL.
Proficiency with PyTorch or JAX.
Strong mathematical foundations and advanced ML methods.

Responsibilities

Conduct original research to develop novel ML methods including RL, VLMs, and diffusion models.
Design and implement large-scale foundation models and multimodal systems using PyTorch or JAX.
Apply mathematical foundations to solve model architecture and training stability challenges.
Advance AI solutions through rigorous experimental design and implementation.
Translate theory into scalable ML components for diverse applications.
