Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, data science, software engineering, or applied math.
• Advanced Python 3.x proficiency including decorators, generators, and context managers.
• Native-level proficiency in your primary language.
• English proficiency at least B1 for collaboration with global leads.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to clean automated outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design and review Python prompts and challenges to train LLMs.
• Audit Python scripts for security, readability (PEP 8) and correctness.
• Develop Python pipelines for large-scale data preparation for SFT.
• Evaluate libraries like Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn for accuracy.
• Create 'Broken Code' scenarios to test model debugging and performance.
