Job summary

DCX, a U.S.-based promotional products company, seeks a Home-Based Production Designer to prepare artwork for production, vectorize logos, and produce production-ready proofs. You will collaborate with sales, creative partners, and clients to apply branding and ensure designs move smoothly into production.

Ideal candidates have expertise in vector artwork, CMYK/Pantone color systems, and production formats, with 1–3 years in graphic design or production art.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, visual communication, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in graphic design, production artist, or similar role.
• Language: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Working schedule: Able to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.
• Technical: Proficient with vector artwork, CMYK and Pantone color systems, and production-ready files.

Responsibilities

• Create virtual mockups and proofs to support sales staff.
• Vectorize logos and place client logos on various goods.
• Communicate with clients about layout and design.
• Edit and compose graphics for production.
• Review layouts and suggest improvements for production readiness.
• Coordinate with copywriters and creative director to finalize designs.
• Ensure accurate imprint placement and color accuracy for production.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
