Job summary

CW Global People in the Philippines is seeking a talented Print Designer with a focus on prints for women's dresses to collaborate with a US-based fashion partner.

You will create original prints, translate concepts into production-ready files using Illustrator and Photoshop, and ensure alignment with seasonal trends. Remote work from the Philippines, strong portfolio required, 2–3 years' experience, and excellent English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong eye for fashion, color, patterns and textiles.
• Portfolio showcasing print designs for women's dresses.

Responsibilities

• Create original prints, patterns, and artwork for women's dresses and apparel.
• Develop print concepts based on seasonal trends and creative direction.
• Translate design concepts into production-ready print files.
• Prepare and organize print artwork for production.
• Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to develop and refine designs.
• Collaborate with design and product teams and incorporate feedback.
• Communicate design ideas and updates with a US-based partner.
