Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Creative Developer (Front End Developer) to craft pixel-perfect HTML sites, landing pages, and interactive units from client storyboards and PSDs. You will implement sophisticated JavaScript and Lottie animations to deliver engaging experiences while ensuring accessibility and cross-platform compatibility.

Collaborate directly with clients and Team Leads to capture requirements, annotate design specs, and track progress.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on front-end development producing responsive sites and rich media units.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Lottie JSON animations; experience with design/prototyping tools.
• Experience with API endpoint integrations and WCAG-compliant digital deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Convert client-supplied storyboards, briefs, and PSD/design files into pixel-perfect responsive HTML websites, landing pages, and interactive rich media units.
• Implement complex JavaScript and Lottie animations for smooth interactive experiences.
• Integrate API endpoints, including connections for AI work, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and WCAG accessibility.
• Collaborate with clients and Team Leads to gather project requirements, provide input, annotate specs, and update progress.
• Maintain assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, following clean HTML, CSS, and JS best practices.
