Job summary

Manila Recruitment is seeking a skilled Photo Editor for remote work in the Philippines. You will edit and retouch high-volume photography to studio standards, using Photoshop and Lightroom, while integrating AI-assisted workflows to boost speed and consistency.

You will maintain meticulous file handling, follow brand guidelines, and deliver accurate results with strong attention to detail. Collaboration with the pioneer Philippines team is expected to support production operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional photo editing experience in a commercial or production environment.
• Strong experience with Photoshop for colour correction, retouching, masking and clean-up.
• Proficient with Lightroom for batch processing of large image sets.
• Experience with AI-assisted editing tools and ability to review AI outputs for quality.

Responsibilities

• Edit and retouch high-volume photography to studio standards in Photoshop/Lightroom.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows while ensuring results meet brand quality and realism.
• Maintain strict file-handling discipline and accurate naming/archiving of assets.
• Produce floorplans and graphics using Illustrator when required.
• Perform final QA checks and communicate issues clearly in English.
