Job summary

Rojo BPO seeks a detail-oriented Payroll & Consultant Care Coordinator to manage accurate, on-time payroll for our US-placed education consultants and serve as their main contact during assignments. You'll bridge consultants, recruiters, and finance to ensure a smooth experience from first paycheck through end of assignment, with a strong focus on compliance and exceptional support.

Qualifications

• Experience in US payroll processing in staffing, healthcare or education services.
• Strong attention to detail with pay rates, timesheets, deductions and compliance.
• Warm, service-oriented communication style.
• Ability to manage a high volume of consultants and payroll cycles.
• Familiarity with multi-state payroll and wage/hour compliance.
• Comfortable learning and using ATS/HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time for placed education consultants.
• Review timesheets, approvals, and pay rates; apply deductions correctly.
• Ensure wage and hour compliance across the states where consultants are placed.
• Serve as the go-to contact for consultants' pay, benefits, and questions.
• Coordinate with recruiters and finance to ensure a smooth payroll process.
• Support year-end processes and payroll-related offboarding.
