Job summary

Innodata Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a pathology-focused data specialist to scope and validate AI training data across histopathology, cytology, hematology, cytogenetics and microbiology images. You will review sources, samples and metadata, and help set volume targets and governance.

Remote, full-time, with a flexible schedule between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM Philippine Time. Must hold MD/DNB in Pathology, 3+ years diagnostic reporting, and English at C1 level; familiarity with AI tools is

Qualifications

Scopes histopathology, cytology, hematology, cytogenetics and microbiology images.
Requires an MD/DNB in Pathology.
3+ years of diagnostic reporting.
Exposure to microbiology and to digital pathology or public image datasets is an advantage.
C1-level English proficiency is required.
Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review candidate data sources for sub-categories and find additional sources where coverage is thin.
Pull and assess samples for relevance, quality and metadata.
Estimate available volume per sub-category and propose target splits; recommend Go/No-Go for sources.
Flag licensing/access issues to licence reviewer and help define style guides.
