Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an NLP Scientist to design and implement sophisticated NLP models that interpret human language and connect linguistic theory with scalable ML solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering to deploy and scale NLP-driven features in production, explore and apply LLMs, and improve text analysis across complex datasets. Strong English, 4+ years in ML/NLP, and PyTorch/TF experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in ML engineering or NLP.
• Experience implementing NLP models in Python with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on with Hugging Face Transformers and large-scale language models like BERT, T5, or GPT.
• Strong understanding of text representation techniques, including embeddings and tokenization.
• Proficiency in designing and deploying systems for text classification and semantic analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop NLP models using architectures such as Hugging Face Transformers, BERT, and GPT.
• Implement and optimize text classification, tokenization, and embedding strategies to enhance model accuracy.
• Build and train deep learning models using Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Explore and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve evolving business and technical challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and scale NLP-driven features into production environments.
• Research and apply cutting-edge techniques in natural language understanding to improve system performance.
