Job summary

OpenTrain AI connects experienced professionals with paid, part-time AI training work: shaping and improving the AI systems that companies are building right now.

OpenTrain AI offers fully remote, flexible scheduling in the Philippines. You will create and review mental health training content, assess AI-driven clinical scenarios, and provide actionable feedback to improve model safety and usefulness.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Psychology or an MD with completed psychiatry residency.
• Experience in clinical practice, psychology or psychiatry research, or higher education.
• Professional fluency in at least one listed language plus advanced English communication skills.
• No AI experience required; expertise you bring will be augmented by our tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and review psychological case studies and assessments for AI training datasets.
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical scenarios and therapeutic dialogues for accuracy, relevance, ethics, and clinical appropriateness.
• Identify bias, inaccuracies, and cultural or linguistic concerns in AI-generated mental health content.
• Provide clear feedback, suggest evidence-based improvements, and contribute to documentation for model development.
