Bold Business is seeking a Medical Equipment & BIM Planner to work remotely with a U.S. healthcare consulting client. You will connect equipment strategy with clinical workflows, coordinating with architects, clinicians, and vendors to deliver highly coordinated BIM models.

You will map operating rooms and imaging areas, ensure spatial accuracy, and translate design markups into BIM content. A strong healthcare project background and Revit proficiency are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5+ years on architectural or healthcare design projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate medical equipment planning with architects, clinicians, and vendors.
• Update pricing, models, and specifications in Attainia or similar databases.
• Build and integrate medical equipment into BIM models per design intent.
• Translate design markups into precise BIM content and layouts.
