Responsibilities

• Apply ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation and services.
• Ensure proper code sequencing, modifiers, and compliance with payer guidelines.
• Review coding-related errors, denials, or rejected claims.
• Support clean claim submission and billing accuracy.
• Coordinate with Billing, AR, and Authorization teams.
