Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Marketing & Design Specialist to lead creative production, brand marketing, and campaign execution. You will translate brand guidelines into visuals and copy across email, social media, and client projects, with a strong focus on Canva, Figma, and GoHighLevel.

The role requires a proactive, independent worker with a solid portfolio and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects while maintaining brand consistency and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio in branding and campaign work.
• Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Figma.
• Experience with social media management and email campaigns.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar automation platforms.
• Basic understanding of website design, UI/UX, and sales funnels.
• Strong written English and copywriting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create social media graphics, carousels, templates, and promotional materials.
• Develop Canva templates and branded assets per guidelines.
• Produce website graphics, landing pages, and sales funnels visuals.
• Assist with basic UI/UX layouts and design improvements.
