Qualifications

• 2–4 years in operations, dispatch, or logistics with ownership of outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple threads simultaneously
• Comfort with rapid decision‑making and daily performance targets
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet space for video calls
• Willingness to work ET hours including weekend/holiday rotation

Responsibilities

• Onboard and activate drivers within assigned area
• Schedule and dispatch trips using AI-assisted tools
• Monitor performance and intervene to prevent delays
• Maintain accurate driver and trip records
• Collaborate across routes, OTP, and routing areas as needed
• Flag issues and contribute to continuous process improvements
