Qualifications

• Experience building dashboards in Looker with LookML
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write/optimise complex queries
• Track record of consolidating or rationalising reporting to avoid dashboard sprawl
• Ability to turn data into a narrative and actionable insights
• Experience running Looker Explores and understanding data modelling concepts

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder partnership with marketing, sales, product and customer success to understand data challenges and reporting needs.
• Design and maintain a lean set of Looker dashboards for cross-team use, avoiding unnecessary sprawl.
• Develop and maintain efficient Looker Explores aligned with data models and scalable performance.
• Investigate data trends, surface patterns, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Maintain consistent metric definitions, dashboard docs, and naming conventions.
