Spiralyze is seeking a Social Media Video Editor to craft sharp LinkedIn videos on CRO, A/B testing, and design. Work is remote (Davao) with a U.S.-based team, focusing on talking-head, screen recordings, captions, and graphs. You’ll edit 30s–3min clips, apply color grading, and add motion graphics to communicate data-driven concepts.

You must have 2+ years editing experience, a strong social video portfolio, and excellent English writing. Growth within the company is emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong portfolio of social media videos.
• Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience editing talking-head, educational, or business content.
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or similar.
• Good written English.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Edit short LinkedIn videos, usually 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
• Turn raw footage into polished, engaging social content.
• Add captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and simple motion graphics.
• Apply clean, consistent color grading to maintain a polished look.
• Enhance audio with basic sound design and leveling.
• Make business and data-heavy topics feel clear and visually interesting.
• Create strong openings that hook viewers in the first few seconds.
• Repurpose longer recordings into short clips.
• Maintain a clean, premium, data-driven brand style.
• Communicate clearly with a U.S.-based team and respond well to feedback.
