Confidential, a leading digital asset platform, is hiring a KYC/CDD reviewer to handle cases from multiple jurisdictions in a remote-first setup. You will verify AML/sanctions results, document decisions, and work with English and Chinese communications to keep cases moving.

Candidates should have hands-on KYC/CDD experience in banking or digital assets, fluent English and Chinese, and a full-time bachelor's degree. CAMS is a plus; Excel and data analysis skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on KYC/CDD casework experience in financial services.
• Experience reviewing both individual and corporate customers.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with clear rationale for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Review KYC/CDD cases from multiple jurisdictions and deliver documented decisions.
• Confirm AML and sanctions screening results and filter true matches.
• Coordinate with stakeholders in English and Chinese to move cases through the queue.
• Analyze vendor review outcomes and suggest better solutions.
• Monitor status and flag system issues affecting turnaround.
• Research regulatory requirements and document findings.
