Job summary

Flowdesk is seeking Remote OPI/VRI Interpreters to provide real-time language interpretation between Korean and English. This is a 100% work-from-home, entry-level role with comprehensive paid training and opportunities for long-term career growth across a global organization.

You will bridge communication in customer service, healthcare, business, and essential services, working on a 5 days on / 2 days off schedule aligned with PST or EST business hours; a quiet home workspace and a USB headset

Qualifications

• Languages: Korean native or bilingual with advanced English (C1)
• No prior interpretation experience required—entry level
• Immediate availability to start onboarding
• Schedule flexibility: rotating shifts aligned with PST/EST business hours (5 days on/2 off)

Responsibilities

• Real-Time Interpretation between Korean and English via OPI or VRI
• Maintain tone, context, and meaning without alteration
• Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA/data privacy, and ethical standards
• Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in interactions
