Crawford & Company is seeking an IT Internal Audit Manager to lead multiple engagements evaluating technology-driven processes. The role involves risk assessment, designing work programs, and delivering management communications.

You will collaborate with external auditors and Compliance to minimize disruptions, coach staff, and stay current with IT auditing standards and best practices. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or Systems Analysis with business-related coursework.
• Six years of IT auditing, systems management or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expert professional audit report writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge and application of The Institute of Internal Auditors' International Standards for the professional practice of internal auditing.
• Domestic and international travel may be required.
• Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by Crawford Educational Services.

Responsabilidades

• Defines engagement scope and objectives, designs work programs, and communicates results to management.
• Identifies risk and controls relevant to engagements.
• Assesses domestic and international processes affecting internal controls over financial reporting.
• Executes work programs: gather, test, evaluate, and document results and recommendations.
• Contributes to annual Internal Audit Plan and engagement scoping using risk-based methods.
• Collaborates with external auditors and internal Compliance to minimize disruptions during audits.
• Builds relationships with business partners and senior management to inform risk assessments and audit planning.
• Coaches and monitors assigned Audit staff.
