Summary
Our recruitment firm services clients in the United States and we have multiple roles open at the present time for offshore/Remote IT Helpdesk Support Level II Technicians for Managed Services Providers (MSPs). To qualify for this opportunity, you will need to have a track record of understanding in business desktop and server technologies that include: Windows 10 workstations, Windows 2016 & 2019 servers, intermediate networking, and vendor-specific hardware and software.
