Creathink Solutions.Inc is seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer Architect to join our remote team, focusing on commercial and healthcare interiors and producing construction documents, drawings, and 3D visuals.

This role emphasizes strong drafting expertise, proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD, and the ability to ensure compliance with Australian building codes while collaborating with clients and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, architectural drafting, and construction documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD.
• Strong experience preparing construction drawings and detailed joinery drawings.
• Knowledge of Australian building codes and construction standards is highly preferred.
• Strong 3D rendering and visualization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive construction documentation for commercial and healthcare interior projects.
• Develop accurate and detailed interior construction and joinery drawings in accordance with industry standards.
• Produce technical drawings and documentation using Revit, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with Australian building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and project teams throughout the design and documentation process.
• Recommend suitable materials, finishes, fixtures, and space-planning solutions that meet project requirements.
• Review and maintain the accuracy and quality of project documentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
