Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Medical Coder - Inpatient DRG (IPDRG) in Taguig. The role focuses on analyzing inpatient documentation to assign MS-DRGs/APR DRGs, POA indicators, and ROM/SOI, ensuring accurate hospital reimbursement.

Candidate must have at least 2 years inpatient coding experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with EMR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Meditech. Competitive compensation and day-shift WFH arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inpatient DRG coding experience.
• Proficient in ICD-10-CM/PCS and MS-DRG/APR DRG assignments.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and coding ethics.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient records to assign diagnoses and procedures.
• Determine MS-DRG/APR DRG and POA indicators.
• Identify HACs/PSIs to ensure accurate reimbursement.
• Maintain coding quality and productivity standards.
