Job summary

Pavago is hiring a Sales Representative to grow our home health care business by converting inbound leads, building referral partnerships, and maintaining a structured sales process. You will work with prospective clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners to generate new business and support client growth.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong follow-up, highly organized, and comfortable working independently to meet monthly and quarterly sales

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, healthcare sales, home care, or related field.
• Proven experience managing and converting inbound leads.
• Strong sales, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using a CRM or sales pipeline management system.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries.
• Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and texts with prospects and families.
• Manage leads through the sales funnel from inquiry to admission.
• Maintain follow-up with active and aging leads.
• Schedule consultations, assessments, and intake appointments.
• Track activities and pipeline stages in the CRM.
