Job summary

SME Careers is seeking an HTML/CSS Developer to work remotely on an hourly basis. Your role will involve reviewing AI-generated HTML/CSS code and providing high-quality reference implementations.

You will evaluate answers for correctness and accessibility, and create training content to improve AI models. Ideal candidates should have over 4 years of experience, strong knowledge of semantic HTML and CSS, and excellent English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience building production UIs with semantic HTML and modern CSS.
• Expert-level proficiency in CSS layout (Flexbox, Grid), responsive patterns, and component-based styling approaches.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency (written and spoken), with the ability to write clear technical explanations.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed prompts across HTML/CSS topics and write high-quality reference answers.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve semantic correctness and visual fidelity.
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies or unsafe recommendations.
