Job summary

GUS Education PH is seeking a Graphic Designer / Video Editor to craft compelling visual content for campaigns and brand storytelling. You will design social media assets, edit short- and long-form videos, and ensure brand consistency across digital and print materials.

You will manage multiple projects, stay on schedule, and collaborate with marketing to drive student recruitment. This is a 100% remote role with a Philippine-wide scope, offering opportunities for creative growth and global

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, social media content, video editing,campaign assets and print materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital content platforms, including formats and engagement strategies.
• Experience creating both short-form and long-form video content for promotional, informational, and campaign purposes.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency across digital and print materials.
• Basic knowledge of print production and file preparation for professional printing.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with marketing and internal teams.
• Ability to take creative direction while also contributing fresh ideas and proactive creative solutions.
• Willingness to stay updated on social media trends, design styles, content formats, and video editing techniques

Responsibilities

• Create and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) for campaigns.
• Edit longer-form videos for promotional, informational, campus, and student-life content.
• Develop eye-catching video thumbnails, covers, and supporting visual assets for social platforms.
• Optimize video formats and outputs for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and websites.
• Develop creative assets for social media including static posts, carousels, stories, and campaign visuals.
• Translate campaign objectives into visually compelling content that informs prospective students.
• Ensure all digital content follows brand guidelines and maintains consistent identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align output with goals, messaging, and voice.
• Create print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, event signage, and collateral.
• Prepare artwork according to professional printing requirements.
• Maintain consistency across digital and physical marketing materials.
• Support campaigns and student recruitment through creative concepts and execution.
• Manage multiple design and video projects with timelines, prioritizing as needed.
• Incorporate feedback and stay updated on trends to keep content fresh.
• Assist on-site content creation when needed (campus events, student life).
